The Sidi Chart Trader is a powerful trading tool for NinjaTrader that helps you execute trades efficiently and precisely. With the Price Ladder, you can place stop and limit orders directly in the chart, while a floating window with buttons for Buy, Sell, Close, Break-Even (BE), and Auto-Trading enables quick actions. Hotkeys and mouse trading offer additional flexibility to execute trades with minimal delay. The integrated Money Management protects your capital through rules such as maximum daily losses, profits, or number of trades. The Sidi Chart Trader also supports Footprint signals (e.g., Single Imbalance, Stacked Imbalances, Delta Divergences) for automated trading when the SidiFootprint indicator is present. Price Ladder – Quick Order Placement
  • Function:
    The Price Ladder is displayed on the right edge of the chart and consists of two columns: one for buy orders and one for sell orders. With a simple click, you can directly place stop or limit orders.
  • Customization:
    • Adjust the width of the Buy and Sell columns.
    • Choose individual colors for the Buy and Sell areas and define their opacity.
    • Activate grid lines at the tick level and set their colors to increase clarity.
  • Order Information:
    • When hovering over the Price Ladder, an order line is displayed showing the order type, quantity, and price level.
    • When an ATM strategy is active, Stop-Loss (SL) and Take-Profit (TP) lines are displayed with details such as quantity, price level, profit/loss in $, and tick value.
    • Adjust the line width, length, and colors to match your preferences.
    • Labels for order information can be individually designed, e.g., by adjusting font, size, colors, and opacity.
  • Application:
    Ideal for traders who want to react quickly to market movements without cumbersome order entries.
Floating Window with Buttons
  • Function:
    A floating window in the chart displays buttons for Sell, Buy, Close, Break-Even (BE), and Auto-Trading.
  • Visibility Modes:
    • Off: Buttons are not displayed.
    • Visible: Buttons are always visible.
    • Visible – Only Focused: Buttons appear only when the chart is in focus.
  • Customization:
    • Define the distance of the buttons from the top and right edge of the chart.
    • Adjust the width of the buttons.
    • Customize the foreground and background colors as well as the opacity for each button.
    • Specify at which position (1-6) each button appears.
    • Activate tooltips that appear when hovering over the buttons.
  • Advanced Order Panel:
    • An advanced order panel can be displayed below the buttons, showing settings such as order direction, type, quantity, and duration.
    • Visibility modes: Off, Visible, or Visible – Only Focused.
    • Column positions for each panel are customizable.

  • Supported Setups:
    • Single Imbalance: Signal on a single imbalance in a bar.
    • Multiple Imbalances: Signal on multiple imbalances in a bar.
    • Multiple Imbalances (Bar-related): Signal on multiple imbalances in a bar that contradict the candle direction (e.g., buy imbalances in a bearish candle).
    • Stacked Imbalances: Signal on stacked imbalances.
    • Exhaustion Prints: Signal on low volume at the highest ask or lowest bid prices.
    • Delta Volume Divergence: Signal on positive/negative delta divergences (e.g., positive delta in a bearish candle).
  • Requirements:
    • Trade buttons must be visible.
    • Auto-trade button column must be between 1 and 5.
  • Application:
    Ideal for traders using footprint analysis to execute automated trades based on market imbalances.
  • Order Types:
    Choose between Limit, Market, MIT (Market If Touched), Stop Limit, and Stop Market.
  • Offset:
    Define a tick offset for Limit, Stop Limit, Stop Market, and MIT orders.
  • Duration:
    Set how long a pending order is valid (in bars).
  • Entry Level:
    • Last Price: Order is placed at the last price (+/- offset).
    • Last Bar High/Low: Order is placed at the high/low of the last bar (+/- offset).
    • Choose whether to use the current or previous bar.
  • Order Direction:
    • Both: Long and short trades allowed.
    • Long: Only long trades.
    • Short: Only short trades.
  • Order Quantity:
    Synchronized with the NinjaTrader Chart Trader Panel.
  • Function:
    Display up to 9 statistic lines (lines 9-17) with information such as ATM strategy, net change, volume, spread, chart lag, trades, profit/loss, and more.
  • Customization:
    Choose the desired statistic for each line from a list of options (e.g., Unrealized PnL, Total PnL, Account Cash).

    Changes require a chart refresh (F5).

      Display message box notifications for important events or errors.
      Define the display duration.
    • Email Notifications:

    Chart Integration
    • DST Adjustment:
      Automatic adjustment of start and end times for Daylight Saving Time.
    • Z-Axis (Experimental):
      Determine the display order in the chart (front/back) with a high Z-axis number.
    Logging
    • Modes:
      • NinjaTrader Log: Choose between “Off”, “Normal” (full log), or “Internal” (shorter log).
      • Log Tab: Write events to the NT8 Log tab (“Off”, “Error only”, “All”).
      • File Log: Write events to an indicator-specific file.
    • Automatic Opening:
      Automatically open the log file when errors occur.
